International Airports

I am no history buff, in fact I am horrible at it. But I think I can say for sure that most, if not all, native Americans are not happy about how they came to live on reservations. That being said, I feel extra bad that I want to take over a reservation. Not a particular one, anyone big enough that I can install a few landing strips will do. I don't know why native American groups haven't done this already? International Airports. I would import every type of illegal, yet desirable thing. Cuban cigars? I would build a house out of them. Throwing stars, Russian wives, kimchee, blowguns, Mexican fireworks, Crazy Chinese Meat Syrup, Bangkok Chiggers you name it. Also, I would have no extradition laws with any country, including the US, but I would have a very heavy criminal tax, which you would pay if you were wanted in another country. Possibly most of the roads in would need to be converted to gravel traps or some other safe way of stopping a car that has out run the law. I also see the runways lined with huge fields of weed.
